We understand that you may have ordered too many for your job and may not use the timber again.
To help with this we accept returns however there will be a 10% fee payable. This helps us cover the time spent re-stacking and processing the return. This fee will come off the refund.
ALL TIMBER MUST BE INTACT AND RETURNED IN THE SAME WAY THEY WERE PURCHASED.
Timber eligible for return - Posts, feather edge, cross rails, gravel boards.
Our untreated timber (pallet timber) is NON REFUNDABLE.
